Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessments
Comprehensive Autism Assessments for Children, Youth & Adults
At Find Your Strength Counseling Services, we provide comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments for individuals of all ages through both virtual and in-person appointments across Ontario.
Our assessments are delivered through a collaborative clinical model involving a Registered Social Worker and Psychiatrist to ensure a thorough, accurate, and medically informed diagnostic process.
This service is designed to provide clarity, understanding, and meaningful recommendations to support individuals and families in navigating next steps with confidence.
How the Assessment Works:
1. Intake & Clinical Assessment (Registered Social Worker)
Your journey begins with a comprehensive intake assessment conducted by our Registered Social Worker. This includes a detailed developmental history, psychosocial review, and exploration of current strengths, challenges, and functional presentation across settings.
2. Diagnostic Review & Diagnosis (Psychiatrist)
All clinical information is then reviewed by our Psychiatrist, who completes the formal diagnostic evaluation and provides diagnostic clarification (if applicable), along with clinical impressions and treatment or support recommendations.
