Her teaching spans a wide range of styles, including vinyasa, yin, restorative, power yoga, yoga with weights, and children’s yoga, allowing her to meet clients exactly where they are in their journey. Known for her thoughtful sequencing and approachable guidance, Deja is passionate about supporting clients in building sustainable, embodied practices that promote both physical and emotional well-being. She emphasizes inclusivity, adaptability, and cultivating a supportive environment where clients can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves—both on and off the mat.

Maryday is a Yoga and Pilates Instructor who guides clients through practices that honor both the physical and emotional aspects of wellbeing. She has completed over 1,000 hours of training across various yoga styles—including Modo, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Tune Up—as well as Pilates (mat and reformer), blending these practices into a unique and harmonious approach. Fascinated by the complexity of the human body, Maryday believes that health and wellness goals are achievable through a positive mindset and mindful practice. She is dedicated to empowering clients to make meaningful, sustainable changes both on and off the mat, fostering confidence, strength, and overall wellness.

Her approach focuses on building a strong foundation for nutrition, empowering clients to make lasting, healthy choices in their daily lives. She provides comprehensive support—from general nutrition guidance to individualized clinical nutrition care—helping clients feel informed, confident, and in control of their well-being.

Anisha Gupta

Anisha Gupta is a Registered Dietitian specializing in brain health, metabolism, hormonal health, and behavior change. She helps clients uncover the root causes of their health concerns and develop personalized nutrition strategies to improve energy, focus, mood, and overall well-being. Known for her practical and compassionate approach, Anisha combines evidence-based nutrition with sustainable lifestyle changes to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting results without restrictive dieting. Her goal is to empower individuals to build a healthier relationship with food while creating habits that support long-term health and wellness.

Sana Allauddin
Registered Occupational Therapist
SANA’S PERSONAL EXPERIENCE & BIOGRAPHY
Sana is a registered Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience in community rehabilitation and mental health treatment. She brings a holistic, evidence-based approach to supporting children, adolescents, and families navigate the challenges of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Trauma, Depression, and traumatic brain injuries. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto, and is registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
Rooted in the science of child development and Occupational Therapy, Sana’s practice focuses on enabling functional independence in areas of self-care, productivity, and leisure to empower meaningful growth. Sessions draw on a range of clinically validated modalities including Occupational Therapy functional assessments, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Anxiety (CBT-A), Motivational Interviewing, sensory processing frameworks, and executive functioning strategies, all tailored to the unique needs of the child. For children and youth with ADHD, this means practical, personalized tools for building focus, regulating emotions, managing daily routines, and thriving at school and home.
Beyond private practice, Sana has worked in various practice settings including Canada’s largest pediatric hospital – Holland Bloorview Kid’s Rehab Hospital in their Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program.
Whether working with a child who has recently been diagnosed, supporting a family building new structures at home, or collaborating with schools and healthcare providers, the goal is always the same — functional, lasting change that makes everyday life more manageable and more meaningful
