Emotional Regulation & Resilience Program for Children & Teens
This summer, we’re creating something different.
Not just another camp.
Not just another activity to fill the week.
A space where children and teens feel emotionally safe, supported, understood, and empowered.
At Find Your Strength Counseling Services, our Emotional Regulation & Resilience Program was thoughtfully designed to help children and teens strengthen the emotional and social skills they need not only for school — but for life.
Through therapist-led activities, meaningful conversations, connection-building experiences, and engaging group exercises, participants will learn how to:
- Understand and express emotions
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Strengthen friendships and social skills
- Manage stress and anxiety
- Develop healthy coping strategies
- Improve emotional regulation
- Increase resilience during challenges and transitions
- Feel more connected to themselves and others
This Program May Be Especially Helpful For Children & Teens Who:
- Struggle with anxiety or overwhelm
- Experience emotional outbursts or shutdowns
- Have difficulty expressing feelings
- Struggle socially or with friendships
- Lack confidence or self-esteem
- Spend excessive time on screens
- Feel disconnected or isolated
- Need support navigating emotions in a healthy way
What Makes This Different?
This is not a traditional summer camp.
This is a small-group, therapist-led emotional wellness experience designed to help children and teens feel:
- Seen
- Supported
- Safe
- Understood
- Connected
- Empowered
Our goal is to help participants leave with real-life emotional skills they can carry into school, friendships, family relationships, and everyday life.
