The Rest & Reset Sleep Program is a two-week intensive, supported sleep coaching program for infants and toddlers designed to help you create calmer nights, more predictable routines, and a more rested household.

This is not a “cry-it-out” approach. It is gentle, responsive, developmentally informed, and parent-centred support that meets you where you are.
